Self-described 'constitutional lawyer' Richard Martin was ordered to be held in contempt of court for 93 days by Judge Rosemarie Aquilina of the 30th Judicial Circuit Court in Ingham County. The founder of the Texas-based Constitutional Law Group had filed to appear before the court as a licensed attorney representing Holland restaurant owner Marlena Pavlos-Hackney.
