This week on Roxy’s Tales, I am joined by a NYC legend, Max Glazer. Co-Founder of Federation Sound and the Rice & Peas party, Max has united reggae, dancehall, and downtown NYC for decades as one of the most versatile DJs in the scene! 🔥

After DJing downtown NYC & Philly in the 90s, then, as the tour DJ for Rihanna in the early 2000s, Max got his footing in New York again in 2007 with the Rice & Peas party as a DJ & curator alongside DJ Gravy, DJ Maya Orijahnal Vibez & Micro Don. The Rice & Peas residency at Sway brought in incredible talent like Leftside, Assassin, Wayne Marshall, Vybz Kartel, Alison Hinds and so many more!
