ingredients:-
.500 gm urad dal dhuli
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
chop coriander/curry leafs
salt to taste
.700 ml oil for frying

ingredients for sambhar :-
.200 gm arhar dal
2 cup pumpkin
2 cup lauki
1 cup carrot
1 cup beans
2 onion
2 tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp methi Dana
1.5 tsp mustard seed
2 spoon oil
1 pinch asafoetida
2-3 whole red chilli
2 spoon sambhar masala
