The project involved the development of landscape design and virtual visualization for a ranch in Texas.

The site already had an existing house, which served as the starting point for the work. All other elements, including a swimming pool, a stone garden, a labyrinth, relaxation areas, and glamping pods, were designed and integrated into the virtual scene from scratch. The planning was based on a rough hand-drawn sketch, complemented by real geodata and photographs.

The workflow included:

Recreating the exact topography of the site using data from Google Earth.
Designing the landscape layout with the placement of all zones and elements according to the client’s vision.
Modeling the existing ranch building based on photographs, covering both the exterior and interior, with added features such as relaxation and gaming areas.
Selecting the soundtrack and creating the storytelling concept.
Directing and producing virtual cinematography with dynamic camera movements, transitions between day and night, and visually striking scenes.
Editing and color grading to achieve cinematic quality in the final video.
The result exceeded the client’s expectations. The project was approved without a single revision and received highly positive feedback.
