rFactor2- the BEST GRAPHICS/ReShade settings for rFactor2 in 2022

As mentioned in the video, this preset works best in Cloudy and Rainy conditions. I will upload a Sunny ReShade INI file, if I can get a configuration that I enjoy. rFactor2 simply doesn't look great in clear skies.
