To make things clear, the videos where you can use my videos should be tutorials, gameplays, etc. so background music. Don't just direct reupload, as in take the music and put it up as just being a music track! First of all it doesn't make sense cluttering the internet with one and the same copy-pasted thing, also it is same as theft, so your video and account will be sooner or later closed. So don't make useless copies of my videos, use the content smart, make gameplays, tutorials, funny videos etc. be creative please.
Lots of users failed so far, they asked for a 'permission' to use my tunes and later they decided to just make a video like "Battlefield OST", "BP4F background music" or some similar crap. I never give permission for such things, I made a clear statement what you can do with it and what you can't. If you don't play by the rules and get banned or end up in jail then the only one to blame is yourself.
