Queen Elizabeth is a class of aircraft carriers commissioned by the Royal Navy in the mid-2010s. It consists of two ships: HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales. With a displacement of up to 80,000 tons, they are the largest ships ever to serve in the British Navy.

Because of these problems, the ships, being close to the level of supercarriers, turned out to be more limited in their capabilities. This factor is the subject of debate in military circles, and the Navy is looking for ways to solve it.
