We start with Höskallran…

The Silver Spring was a communal spring that once sprung near here.
This block consists of four identical landshövdingehus built around a central courtyard.

During and after the Great War, there was a severe housing shortage in Gothenburg.
Thus, in Kungsladugård, charitable or public housing was put up at that time.

The architect was Karl Severin Hansson.
It was built in 1921, as 1910s national romanticism segued into 1920s classicism.
