When the cargo ship Dali crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge on March 26, 2024, it prevented all ships for reaching the port of Baltimore. That resulted in port employees, including longshoremen were out of work. Longshoreman Scott Ambrose heard the collision from his home near the bridge. His colleague, Wendell Supreme Shannon, put his artistic talents to work to support his family, his co-workers and others who lost their livelihoods after the collapse.
