Solving the Case: Nancy Drew: Mystery of the Seven Keys Part 4

The final part of Nancy Drew: Mystery of the Seven Keys where I begin by snooping in Adela's bag at the cafe. I then figure out the puzzles for the astronomical clock in the cafe, the knight armor in the museum, and the candles outside of Leo's office. I also trap the knight and figure out who has been following Nancy. From there, I track the culprit, find Leo, and escape!
My final thoughts on Nancy Drew: Mystery of the Seven Keys is that it is a big improvement from Midnight in Salem, especially in terms of the graphics, character animations, and puzzles throughout the whole game. However, there are things that bring the game down. I did like the setting of Prague and the mystery was interesting. However, some of the puzzles were confusing to solve because the steps to solve them were unclear. For example, I would not have been able to solve the astronomical clock puzzle without the strategy guide because a lot of information is thrown at you at once, but I had no idea how to use that information to solve the puzzle. Also, when escaping the vault, it was unclear how to even get started to figure out the puzzle. Furthermore, I did not like that the Cyber Block puzzle was repeated 3 times! Each time you had to do Cyber Block, you had to do 3 levels, so in the whole game, you had to complete 9 levels of the puzzle!
I do like that you can choose between point-and-click or free movement in the game, but I do not recommend point-and-click because the movement is clunky and it can be hard to see specific items or leave the area. Furthermore, even though the graphics are better than Midnight in Salem, the background characters are not that great and there are instances where the background characters are repeated throughout the scenes. All in all, I liked Mystery of the Seven Keys, but it is not one of the best Nancy Drew games.
