 Today we're gonna be reviewing the WS2220 red line, intermittent duty vacuum by Ruwac. This 110 volt vacuum, extremely powerful, 200 CFM, 7.2 inches of mercury, strong enough for a 2 inch by 25 foot hose. The machine is a compression cast composite machine, so it's it's abrasion resistant. It's chemically neutral.
You don't have to paint it, it'll never rust, and it is fully grounded. Now this vacuum system, we have hooked up today with a 10 foot hose and a 45 inch, two inch wand. We're gonna be doing some sample material, picking up different materials. The first we're gonna do is your wood flower. Now wood dust normally would clog just about any filter, and as you'll see here, we pick up a tremendous amount of wood dust and we're not gonna lose any suction.
That's because this filter system in the WS2220 is a 0.5 mic proclean filtration system. Then we come over to your flower. Mixed with a little bit of powder coating paint, 10 micron in size. You'll see that this me vacuum can suck up tremendous amount of fine dust and not clog the filter. Also, while you're picking up this material, you're not gonna blow any dust back into the Airstream, so it's a completely efficient filtration system.
Here we have your wood pellets, so even though this vacuum can filter fine dust. It's also great for heavier materials and lots of it. Again, you can use a 25 foot hose with the same performance. Now we come over, we have 3 AC inch gravel. Again, this is 110 volt vacuum.
And lastly, we have our fiberglass shavings. There's a little mix of everything in here again, because the system is fully grounded, there'll be no static char given off while you're picking up any of the fine dust or material. Even after we sucked up all of that fine dust, we still have plenty of performance to suck up golf balls.
So this has been an overview of the WS2220 vacuum system by Ruwac. Now the nice feature behind this machine is that we have a 0.5 micron micro clean filtration system. Easy to clean. You maintain it from the outside of the machine, simply release the dust pan lever, and there's all the material that we just picked up with the vacuum.
