Yes, you read the title correctly, today's game is a European exclusive title, and as such, it's a Mega Drive release, not a Genesis release (although, it plays perfectly on the Genesis, and is actually designed for NTSC timings). Yogi Bear: Cartoon Capers is a platformer where you control the titular bear, and are on a mission to save Jellystone Park from some developers who intend on polluting the park by building a chemical plant.

Sounds like a cool idea, and one that's somewhat progressive for a cartoon that debuted in the 1950s, right? Well, it is, but games aren't made on just ideas alone. Take a look!
