Would you eat these?! Eyeball and brain cookies- creepy yet delicious. These make such a great Halloween treat or you can use them as fillers on a cookie or cupcake tray!

For the eyeballs:
I started with a stiff white royal icing consistency to pipe the eyeball ( using a 1A piping tip)
I then used a medium/fill blue consistency to the blue eye center
Following up with a medium black consistency to fill in the center
I used a medium red consistency to make the eyeball veins

For the brains:
I started with a medium/stiff pink consistency and piped using a 1A
I then used a round tip number 3 tip to make the squiggles in the brain
Topped it off with "blood" using Wilton blood
