Brisbane - Night Feast I Queensland, Australia Travel Vlog 153, 2023

This week we visited what will become a biannual event in Brisbane - "Night Feast". Brisbane's Night Feast is a pop-up village staged at the iconic Brisbane Powerhouse, until March 26 (2023). Night Feast is a month-long sensory celebration of feasting and art. These are not ordinary food-truck offerings, Night Feast is something completely different. Set outdoors, a selection of Brisbane’s top chefs feature their signature dishes. The culinary feast is paired with a menu of immersive art , light installations and roaming performances.

As this was the first 'Night Feast' in Brisbane, we had to check it out and experience it for ourselves and we weren't disappointed. There were so many delicious dishes to choose from......

Night Feast is a non-profit event produced by Brisbane Powerhouse through the support of Brisbane City Council and it will be held each Autumn (in March) and Spring (in October).

Paul retired on 28th February 2020 and on the 1st March 2020, we set out on a 6-month adventure around South East Asia. This was a well-planned once-in-a-lifetime travel experience! It was our intention to show you how you can have a great time travelling without spending a fortune.

Our timing wasn't great - with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and subsequent global turmoil less than a month into our trip.

Until it is safe to travel internationally again, we turn our focus on travelling around Queensland and sharing everything our beautiful State has to offer!
