March is one of the BEST times to target giant northern pike.

We were searching for one giant northern pike through the ice. Showing you our setup for these big toothy fish. This lake is only a few hours away from Toronto and has the potential for BIG ones.

Jack and I have been after a 40 inch pike for the last few years but haven't been able to get it done.

This is probably our last ice fishing trip of the season but I'm hoping the weather holds up so we can go out one last time before the spring melt.

MH 36" Shimano Sienna Rod, Pfleuger President XT 30X, wire leader, quick strike rig and 6-7" dead herring
Jigging Rod:
M 36" Shimano Sienna rod and reel, wire leader and treble hook paired with a live minnow.
