Firstly, a notable omission is the Cleveland Browns. We had them as our most dysfunctional NFL team on a previous video. But with Baker Mayfield and Myles Garrett leading the way, the Browns are suddenly relevant again...And for a GOOD reason. The dysfunction is over with!
