We are back with Dance workout video number 4!!.. But because this is so short I would use it as a warm up before your workout or combine with the other dance videos...

We have also filmed this dance video in two different times, one lower and one high impact… The one I am wearing blue pants is a more high impact… and the one I am wearing orange and black is the lower impact version… So do the version you are the most comfortable with

Remember that exercise doesn’t have to be boring! Dancing is a great full body exercise which is great for overall weight loss and fat loss. Not to mention how much fun you have while doing it..
