Hugh Jackman recently posted about his transformation for Deadpool and Wolverine on Instagram, saying he gets lots of people asking questions about what he did, what he ate and how he trained.

But he's keen to point out that he couldn’t have done this by himself. In fact, he said he worked with an incredible team of about 8 people for nearly 18 months.

He credits trainer Beth Lewis for the physical side, along with about 4 different chefs and nutritionists that managed his diet. Although he had to turn up for training, and he had to eat all the meals, it was much easier knowing that he didn't have to think about training or spend any time shopping or preparing food.

But he gives a big mention to his makeup artist, for using a special skin care product. She used a special oil for his skin, to make it look youthful and "glisten". This apparently needed lots of applications while filming on set, so director Shawn Levy started referring to it as "lube", and would often shout "more lube on Hugh" in between takes.
