First of all, due to a bug with the Server, the 3rd Map of OpTic vs Space Soldiers wasn't recorded by HLTV. I contacted HLTV, but sadly there is no way to get the Demo and therefore no way to record the frags. Thats why I edited in Clips from the Stream.

This is the project I'm most proud of so far. My Goal with Event Fragmovies is always to make it as good as possible while still finishing it fast. I want the Event to be as recent as possible, so that there is still some memory of the games and the overall mood during the Tournament. I finished this in about one week of work. From planning to preparing, recording and editing it took me 7 days and about 6-10 hours every day to get this Fragmovie done.
I am away this weekend, so I had to decide between grinding extra hard and finishing it before the weekend or waiting. I decided to grind it out. In the end it worked out well and I was able to balance editing and university pretty successfully. The only thing I'm missing right now is sleep, but I will catch up on that this weekend.

I tried to replicate the whole mood of the tournament and the atmosphere with this edit. Thats for example, why the song changed before the 3rd Map against Space Soldiers. Just like the tournament and the story of OpTic's run, the music slowly changed from feel-good upbeat song to a more intense and heavy song. But sadly not every story has a happy ending as OpTic wasn't able to get a Qualifier Spot. Either way I think, that the team did good and just need to keep grinding and improving.

There is still a lot for me to learn and I'm getting better and more efficient with every edit. Always improving! Next up us IEM Oakland and Best-of HS!
