Jane Lewis became an expert in the painful and debilitating subject of vaginal atrophy after suffering awfully as she approached and went through menopause. She has researched the problem, found solutions, collaborated with other experts and now guides other women. She not only describes her experience but shares the many solutions and tips that women just don't know about or often know how to access. Its a long VLOG this week but I guarantee its worth persevering through to the end, there is so much good stuff that I couldn't edit it down any more without losing gems.
