Offal Sandwich in Florence: Lampredotto | Street Food Icons

Florence is well known for art, big steaks and... lampredotto. You can grab this offal sandwich at any corner of the city. To make lampredotto, the meat is slow-cooked in a vegetable broth, seasoned with herbs and served with green sauce in a bread roll. Orazio is one of the best street food vendors in the city, and we tasted his famous panino and learned how it’s made.
