North Little Rock Police Department (They initiated the Pursuit and this is their dashcam footage).

On 04/16/2024 at approx. 1436 hours, officers received a call to 4325 E. McCain (Home Depot) regarding a theft. Upon arrival, Sgt. Moore noticed the listed suspect vehicle leaving the parking lot and attempted a traffic stop (See Supplement). Contact was made with Justin Garrison (Other-Involved/Security), who advised Kenneth Wood (Offender), who pushed the listed property out of the exit doors without paying.

Mr. Garrison stated that Mr. Wood was known to him and was waiting outside to attempt a stop. Mr. Garrison reported getting the shopping cart with the items, but Mr. Wood fled to his listed vehicle. A copy of the sale receipt, photo of items, and criminal trespass form will be saved under the reports view/attachment tab.
