Stockton, California has seen an anomaly in the pattern of crime in recent months and the police now believe that there is an active serial killer in the area. 7 victims, of which 6 are men, have been targeted by this killer, with only 1 survivor (a woman).

Between April 2021 and September 27th, 2022, this killer has been targeting mostly Hispanic men in the early hours of the morning. He has not beaten/robbed them- he ambushes and shoots them before fleeing the scene with a brisk, uneven, stride and "extremely upright" posture.

There is a $125 000 reward for information leading to identifying and capturing this killer.
