when i was scrolling through oli london tiktoks for one of my youtube videos – a memory that i repressed decided to resurface after exposing myself to many race change speed run compilation on tik tok. back in 2014 a Brazilian man named Max decided to get plastic surgery and transform himself into someone that looks asian. i fell down a rabbit hole of learning about him and he now goes by Xianh Nishi. just like with Oli’s cosplay as Jimin from BTS, i am perplexed and confused with this story. i get it though when you listen to WAY TOO MUCH kpop eventually you become K-pop itself.
