Building paper model of Saturn V Launch Umbilical Tower by Edu-Craft Diversions

End 2019/early 2020 I built the Saturn V rocket kit by Revell (   • Apollo 11 - 1:96 model built  ). After that I started looking for the Launch Umbilical Tower (LUT), because I really wanted to display the Saturn V on it. I found a paper version, designed and sold by David Maier from Edu-Craft Diversion (https://www.educraftdiversions.org/ ). In February 2020 I ordered it together with the Lunar Module (LM), which I still have to start work on. Due to the Covid-crisis, the package didn't arrive until May. I started work on it in June. working on and off on the model, I finished it in February 2022. I wanted to display the Saturn V on its LUT in a showcase, but because of the size it was excessively expensive to have it built, so I decided to have a go myself. This turned out quite nicely. I also installed lights on every level and 4 flood lights on the corners, connected to a dimmer. It now stands proudly in our living room where I can enjoy my work on a daily basis :-)
