Oats Paniyaram is an easy and healthy breakfast recipe using oats powder along with other veggies.

Ingredients Required :
Oats - 200 gms
Chaval ka atta/ Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Rava/ Semolina - 1 tbsp
Gajar/ Carrot (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
Simla mirch/ Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
Pyaaz/ Onions (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
Hari mirch/ Green chillies (finely chopped) - 3 nos.
Adrak/ Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 inch
Dhaniya/ Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Tel/ Oil - 1 tbsp
Jeera/ Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal/ Spot black gram - 1 tsp
Chana dal/ Split chickpeas - 1 tsp
Namak/ Salt to taste
Paani/ Water
