Here are my thoughts on the upcoming ability to run 2 legendary powers in patch 9.2, and also my thoughts on the data mined tier set bonuses.

Note: I could have the order of the set bonuses backwards, as it's not actually specified which one is the 2set bonus, and which one is the 4 set bonus.

9.1.5 fury guide will be out once I have completed editing it (roughly 50% done as of right now, unless I get sick again it should actually be out this week).
