Why the Samsung Terrace TV Will Get You Outside This Summer

https://getconnectedmedia.com - Summer is coming, restrictions are slowly lifting, and people realize how much they miss the outdoors. The Samsung Terrace is a brand new TV series from the Korean electronics giant that is built to bring you back outside.

The Samsung Terrace is a full 4K TV made to go outside. The outdoor TV arrives in 55, 65, and 75" sizes and is said to be weather resistant with an IP55 rating. To battle glare, the Terrace series boasts 2000 nits of brightness and an anti-reflective screen, which is both full shade and partial sun-protected. The Samsung Terrace operates between -30 to +50º Celcius, making it great for both Canadian Winters and Summers.

An Adaptive picture mode automatically analyzes outdoor light conditions and adjusts the picture automatically. Samsung's latest 4K Quantum Processor brings Quantum HDR 32X Dot colour, which is lit by a 16X Direct Full-Array LEDs. A fun feature: ambient mode can mimic the pattern of the wall behind it, or display art, so you can enjoy your outdoor space with some colour, rather than having a black rectangle take up your space.

The Samsung Terrace is also a SmartTV and sports the latest assistants, including Amazon Alexa, Google Assitant, and their very own Bixby. The Tizen powered OS also supports all your favourite streaming services like Netflix and all the apps in their ecosystem like games.

What about audio? The Samsung Terrace supports Dolby Digital Plus, Bluetooth Audio, and pushes the sound with two built-in 20W speakers. An optional Samsung Terrace Soundbar is also available for additional power and clarity. So, instead of being stuck inside streaming, you can be outside enjoying the fresh air, and streaming.
