Описание к видео Flight Paramedic On Scene at a Car Crash - Traffic Stopped in Both Directions

While on routine patrol, the crew of Sonoma County Sheriff rescue helicopter overhear a call of "a car into a tree" on scenic Highway 1. The crew estimate they are only 3 minutes away and move in to assist, arriving just after fire crews from Sonoma County Fire and Sea Ranch Fire Department shut down the highway and secure the scene.

According to two Sonoma County deputies who witnessed the crash, the car was travelling at approximately 60 mph when it inexplicably left the road and impacted the tree.

While fire crews extricate the patient, rescue paramedic Chris Gossner, Tactical Flight Officer Mike Raasch, and pilot Andrew MacRitchie standby to treat the patient and transport to the nearest trauma center.
