This is a case that for some reason i have been avoiding over the last couple of years, and to be honest i don't really know why. I think it mostly came down to two key areas, the design and the price.
Design is a very subjective thing and can be a tough one to change you mind on. On the other hand if you are watching the pennies and are looking for a bargain, the Forge 100R is now considerably cheaper than the original retail price, and can often be found here in the UK for £40 or less!
It's funny how things become more attractive when the price is right 😎

So the split level front mesh panel isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it does allow very good airflow options and the included two 120mm ARGB fans make it look attractive and they are also quite and have a decent wide PWM range between 300-1300rpm and do so in almost Noctua levels of quietness.

Add in a sturdy chassis with lots of drive mounting options and a basic put totally functional ARGB 6 port SATA powered hub, this case has a lot to offer one a budget.
I am personally very much into the MSI eco system and really look forward to doing a full build in this.
