Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Beef small cubes 150g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Fresh basil leaves handful
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 2 cloves
-Beef qeema (Mince) 150g
-Zucchini cubes ¾ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) cubes ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) ½ Cup
-Red bell pepper cubes ½ Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 Cups
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 2-3 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,beef & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,pink salt & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame for a minute.
-Add fresh basil leaves,mix well & cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
-In same wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add zucchini,carrot,capsicum,red bell pepper,cabbage,red chilli crushed,pink salt,black pepper crushed, white pepper powder,paprika powder,chicken powder & mix well.
-Add rice,cooked beef,soy sauce,vinegar,dark soy sauce,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute.
-Add spring onion leaves & mix well.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-Adrak lehsan paste aur pink salt dal kar mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch par 6-8 minutes pakayein, phir tez ancch per 1 minute kliya paka lein.
-Fresh basil leaves dal kar mix karein aur tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Same wok mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal kar mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1 minute kliya paka lein.
-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Zucchini,gajar,Shimla mirch,red bell pepper,band gobhi,lal mirch crushed,pink salt,kali mirch crushed, safed mirch powder,paprika powder aur chicken powder dal kar achi tarah mix karein.
-Chawal,cooked beef,soy sauce,dark soy sirka aur dark soy sauce dal kar mix karein aur tez ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal kar ache sa mix karein.
-Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
