back in 1973 KISS Gene and Paul rented a loft on 10 East 23rd street in NY City to use as rehearsal space and to audition drummers and Guitarists.
Peter Criss auditioned for them there and so did Ace Frehley. This is the place where Ace walked in with one orange sneaker and one red sneaker. Thats where it all began.

Dressed to Kill corner is where they took the picture for the Dressed to Kill album cover. Its at 8th and West 23rd street
