Ingredients
● 500 gms Urad Dal (Soaked in water for 2-3 hours)
● 2 Tbsp Rice Flour
● Finely chopped green chillies
● Curry Leaves
● Fresh Coriander
● 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
● A pinch of Asafoetida
● Salt to taste
● Grated Ginger
● 2 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
● 1/2 glass of water
● 1/2 litre Oil for frying
