While tasting Nepali food, today we have made a Dhindo of corn and wheat with egg curry and mango pickle. Egg vegetables are made with cashew nuts and almonds, while mango pickles are made in village style in a simple way. Similarly, the Dhindo made of mixing wheat and maize flour.
