Flow 2021 - Paul Sanders: The Poetry of Vision - A Mindful Approach to Photography

The final zoom talk of Flow 2021, on the 30th of September was with Paul Sanders; a landscape photographer who has been developing photography as a form of mindfulness for several years now. Paul spoke on the life changing circumstances which brought about has career change and ultimately a serene relationship to his photography. While showing several of his pictures he also went into depth on his approach to photography and how he uses it to combat his own mental health struggles, before wrapping up with questions from the audience. Paul will be delivering an in-person workshop with the University of Stirling Art Collection in November 2021. Tickets will be available on their website soon.
