Accessing the Design Tab
Open your document in Word.
Click on the Design tab in the ribbon at the top of the window. This will open up various design-related options.

Themes:

Applying a Theme:
Click on the Themes button to see a dropdown menu with various pre-designed themes.
Hover over each theme to see a live preview of how it will affect your document.
Click on the theme you want to apply it to your document.
Customizing a Theme:
Once a theme is applied, you can customize its elements like colors, fonts, and effects.
Document Formatting:

Style Sets:
Next to the Themes button, you’ll find the Style Set options. These allow you to apply a cohesive set of styles to your document.
Click on different Style Sets to see how they change the appearance of headings, paragraphs, and other elements.
Colors:
Click on Colors to change the color scheme of your document. This will adjust the colors used in styles, headings, and other elements.
You can choose from predefined color sets or customize your own by selecting Customize Colors.
Fonts:
Click on Fonts to change the font scheme of your document. This will affect the fonts used in headings, body text, and other styled elements.
You can choose from predefined font sets or customize your own by selecting Customize Fonts.
Paragraph Spacing:

Watermark:

Inserting a Watermark:
Click on the Watermark button to insert a watermark, such as "Confidential" or "Draft," into the background of your document.
Choose from predefined watermarks or create your own by selecting Custom Watermark.
Removing a Watermark:
To remove a watermark, click on Watermark and select Remove Watermark.
Page Color:

Changing Page Color:
Click on the Page Color button to change the background color of your document.
Choose from standard colors, or click on More Colors to select a custom color.
Using Fill Effects:
You can also use Fill Effects to apply gradients, textures, patterns, or pictures as the background.
Page Borders:
