[KH BBS] How to defeat Mysterious Figure

Setup:
Terra, Critical, lvl 50

- Fire/Thunder Surge x2 (I've read Thunder Surge is better)

- UNEQUIP Sonic Impact
- Renewal Block

Strategy:
You have to "kite" MF. Whenever you're away from him, he'll run towards your character. By doing so, he's wide open for a surge attack.

By using a surge during his dash, you'll knock him back and he'll either warp and dash, block or warp and attack.

You have to dash away from him, and then use a surge (This requires some timing to lock him in a loop). If he warps away or blocks, dash away and kite him again. If he attacks, prepare for it.

- Normal combo:
Dash away and prepare to kite.

- X attack:
Block it, this will heal you, then prepare to kite.

- Dash attack:
Tank it, heal or use a surge.

- Fire attack:
He'll warp 7 times. On the 7th one, the fire will extinguish, you can either prepare to kite or use a surge on the 7th warp.

- Lasers:
Tank it while using Cura or a surge.

- Clones:
Use a surge ASAP to wipe them out or tank it while healing.

This should be everything for the 1st half of the battle. If you manage to lock him in a kiting loop, you can completely skip the 2nd phase. (I was not lucky here)

If the 2nd phase starts, do the same and pray for him not doing weird stuff... Bear in mind that when he's invisible he won't be knocked back, so be careful.

Ideally, you'll manage to create a loop of dash away, surge, dash away, surge, etc...

This will still take many attempts, good luck!

FAQ:
- Why fire surge?
I don't know if Thunder Surge is better, so I went with Fire Surge.

- Why Cura instead of Curaga?
Cura reloads faster, you have Renewal Block and you only need to have more than 1 HP for Once More/Second Chance.

- Why Terra Critical lvl 50?
Terra's the hardest one to defeat MF with. I only play Critical plus it's better for demonstration. Above lvl 50 the damage increase is not that big (I think)

- Why Chaos Ripper?
I'm guessing Surges deal more damage the highest the strength, otherwise use your prefered Keyblade.

- Why unequip Sonic Impact?
You want to spam dash to kite MF, Sonic Impact will slow you and does not grant i-frames.

- Why 2x Surge, Cura, 2x Surge, Cura?
It makes it easier not to get lost in your command deck, feel free to use your prefered order.
