About the course

In this course on Cinema 4D, we'll be creating a scene working with Xpresso Editor. This editor uses mathematical or synchronized expressions to connect 3D objects. Xpresso is also great for generating repetitive animations, changes of position, size...

Which project are we going to develop?

We'll be using Xpresso in Cinema 4D to create a scene with a pendulum and a disk that we'll try to synchronize. Animating this scene may seem complex at the beginning but, after learning how to use Xpresso, we'll be able to automate animations with ease. Throughout the course, we’ll be modeling the scene, animating it with Xpresso, adding materials and generating a quality video to present our project.

What you'll learn:

Modeling a scene
Using Xpresso and its functions
Synchronizing objects animations using nodes.
Exporting an animation to an external render engine
Using quality materials and an environment in Keyshot to get a quality render.

Requirements

In this course, we'll be working with Cinema 4D and Keyshot, although you can use any other render engine.
