Bookings open at 9 PM on 20th Sept,2019 till 9 AM on 21st Sept,2019.

Is the offer applicable across all Big Bazaar stores?
The offer is available across all the Big Bazaar stores, however, if at some point if the product is not available, customer will have to go to the next nearest Big Bazaar store.

When do I visit the store?
You will receive an SMS and an Email with your booking confirmation and details. You can visit the store on 21st - 22nd Sept to complete the shopping.
YOU ARE ADVISED TO VISIT THE STORE AT THE EARLIEST AFTER YOU HAVE AVAILED THE OFFERS!

Will I get the product without showing the SMS/Email at the store?
No, an individual will not be able to buy the product without the copy of the SMS/Email received.

Will I be able to take along my purchased product from the store at the same time?
Once an individual completes the transaction, he/she can take the product along with them.

What will happen if customer doesn’t visit the store by 22nd Sept, 10pm?
If customer for any reason cannot visit the store to complete the purchase, his/her coupons will not be valid any longer.

What happens if customer comes with multiple offers from 2 or more mobile numbers?
As long as customer has a working coupon code, he will be eligible to complete the purchase.
