[TAS] Spelunky 2 - Pacifist No% Cosmic Ocean in

This is a TAS, or tool-assisted speedrun. It was made using tools such as slowdown, frame advance, and savestates, and is not meant to compete with real runs but is solely for entertainment. The name might be a bit weird, so I will explain the rules of the category here:

- Pacifist: Don't kill anything. This game has built in pacifist mechanics so this isn't just some arbitrary restriction the community made up, you can see the pacifist line on the journal at the end of the run.

- No%: This is a combination of a couple of things. Firstly, this is a No Gold subcategory, so you are not allowed to pick up any gold at any point during the run. Secondly, this is also a Low% subcategory, meaning you have the resources and health you start with and nothing else. (i.e. no jetpack, no paste, no bomb bags, no extra health, no riding tamed mounts, no shooting shotguns (though holding one is allowed), etc.) Thirdly, you must finish the run with all of your starting resources (end the run with a 4/4/4 resource count). You are allowed to pick up stolen/used ropes that were originally part of your starting 4. Since this is also a Cosmic Ocean run, you are allowed to swing a mattock in the Moon Challenge, and you are allowed to fire Hou Yi's Bow freely in the Moon Challenge, Sun Challenge, Waddler's Layer, or Hundun's Hideaway. Firing Hou Yi's Bow anywhere else is illegal, but it is allowed to be thrown if there is no arrow in it.

I was bored and wanted a project to TAS, so I decided to do this one as I wanted to make a Low% Cosmic Ocean TAS with more optimal movement than my original one. This seed is pretty slow but at the very least it's possible (and some of the things that are required to beat this seed are pretty hilarious too). I (and likely everyone else) am not going to be making another Low% Cosmic Ocean TAS of any kind until we put together a good seedfinder and find a fast seed (though maybe someone will decide to do an Eggplant version before then? Not likely but could happen).
