How to Service a Honda ATV 4-wheeler Carburetor: Remove, Clean, Rebuild, Install

Описание к видео How to Service a Honda ATV 4-wheeler Carburetor: Remove, Clean, Rebuild, Install

With typical symptoms of a dirty/clogged carburetor, this customer's Honda ATV would not stay running unless the choke was set between half to full choke.

While it was possible to drive the ATV around with the choke set at half position, the Honda's performance was significantly restricted by the limited air flow and over-rich fuel mixture. These symptoms are classic signs of carburetor blockage -- specifically, the high-speed and low-speed jets were clogged with debris and corrosion from dirt and moisture penetrating the fuel system.

This video shows how to remove the carburetor, disassemble it, clean it, rebuild it, and reinstall it. Similar procedure is used for 250cc and 300cc models.
