4) Collect Receipts and Invoices – Organize your receipts by category or month.
5) Choose a New Accounting System – Find the best platform for your needs (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
6) Categorize Your Data – Work through transactions month by month to stay organized.
7) Send Out 1099s – Prepare and send forms to contractors by January 31st.
8) Review for Accuracy – Double-check for duplicates, discrepancies, or missing entries.
