For some limit testing, now with two Uber Uniques (Harlequin Crest & Ring of the Starless Skies) I switched my gems to all Topaz and tested on the Boss Target Dummy. Saw as high as 117M at around 00:29 (tick occurs at about 31).

The boots it still Yen's so feet slot has no offensive stats. Also didn't use any damage enhancing elixir/incense. So I imagine it would have gone above 120M if those were in place.

(but I had on the +6 Incinerate gloves and all Topaz gems)

Starless Skies got a buff last patch, so it went from 40% to 50%. Along with the Core and Crit affixes, definitely outshines the legendary ring by far.
