The first method is :
Steps:
Search for
//registry Editor // search on your pc
or
Windows + R type regedit
Press Enter then follow this steps
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
SYSTEM\
CurrentControlSet\
Services\
NlaSvc\
Parameters\
Internet
EnableActiveProbing
here change the value of EnableActiveProbing 1 one to 0 zero
then click on ok.
Finally Restart your Pc.

The second Method is

To fix this issue the second method is
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\NetworkConnectivityStatusIndicator

Here right click on blank space than New---DWORD(32 bit) Value by default the name is ** New Value #1 ** Rename / change this name in to " NoActiveProbe "
Then right click on the NoActiveProbe and select modify here change the default value is " 0" , so change this number into " 1 "
finally click on ok and restart your PC.
