Terraria but Water and Air are Swapped

Hey gamers, for this video I decided to take on this Terraria challenge, where water and air are swapped, so that means that I breathe water instead of air and I suffocate while not submerged in liquids. This also means I move as slowly as you do underwater when I am not in water, and I swim in the air. Also I can't do any fishing. Can I beat the Moon Lord?
