Election Night Vlog Gives Behind-the-Scenes Look at Mar-a-Lago Watch Party

President-elect Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai Trump, released an “Election Night Vlog” on her YouTube channel on November 11, which gives a behind-the-scenes look at her family’s experience as they awaited results on US election night.

Upon arrival at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, the Trump family can be seen huddled in a room watching the election coverage. Elon Musk is seen with notable family members including Donald Trump Jr, Eric, and Barron Trump.

The 17-year-old also provided an inside look at the viral family photo taken on election night, with Trump seen insisting on including Elon Musk in the shot.

“Elon? You have to have a picture with your boy,” Trump is heard saying. “You have to get Elon with his boy. Gorgeous, perfect boy.”

Kai did not record Trump’s ultimate victory or the celebrations and reaction following the election results. In the video, she later says she was too busy celebrating to record.
