Welcome to the Eternal Glow Reiki and Meditation Lounge! It is my hope to provide you with energy healing, spiritual healing, emotional healing when your soul needs it. These Reiki sessions also come with healing music and are here for you whenever you need for meditation, relaxation and a hands on reiki session.

Reiki energy has no past, present or future. It can travel far and wide if you are in need of receiving it.

As soon as the music starts, you will begin receiving the Reiki healing and it will continue coming your way until the music ends or until you feel you are ready to stop for the day.

You can either find a comfortable and quiet room to make some time for yourself as you are receiving Reiki, or if that is not possible it is okay to have it playing in the background as you will still receive reiki energy to help you. If you are able to find quiet time, take deep breaths as you begin to ground yourself and visualize a beautiful healing golden light, circling all around you and holding you in its light.

Please remember to drink plenty of water after the session.

Reiki is safe and encouraged to do daily, so you can come back to this video or any other video on this channel that resonates with you as much as you need to.
