The Arizona Biltmore, formerly Waldorf Astoria and recently rebranded to LXR Hotels & Resorts, features a number of recreational facilities including seven pools, two golf courses, four pickleball courts, two tennis courts, and the award-winning Tierra Luna Spa. Opened in 1929, the Biltmore underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation in 2021 and now boasts the lively outdoor Spire Bar and a 65ft twist tower water slide that features two 45ft tube slides and a 65ft drop slide.

We stayed in an “Ocatilla Room – One King Bed” in August 2024 after the resort’s rebranding from Waldorf Astoria to LXR Hotels & Resorts.
