Goeppertia insignis (Rattlesnake Calathea) Houseplant Care — 156 of 365

Описание к видео Goeppertia insignis (Rattlesnake Calathea) Houseplant Care — 156 of 365

I WILL need to get used to calling this "Goeppertia latifolia" (***** correction: it's Goeppertia insignis*****) instead of "Calathea lancifolia" —but at least the two scientific names seem to have some sort of Emily Dickinson-style slant rhyme. This is one of the plants in the Marantaceae—or Prayer Plant family—and comes in hot in the 156th spot of "365 Days of Plants".

In this video I'll cover where Rattlesnake Calathea is native to, how it grows, where it grows, and best conditions for lighting, watering, fertilizing and more.
