C/w Nana: Lao Sukiyaki Sauce

In this video, I will show how I make sukiyaki sauce. This sauce can be used as a dipping sauce, flavoring for pho and other soups. Mainly, it is used for sukiyaki soup (   • C/w Nana: Lao Sukiyaki Soup  ). Made enough to share with friends and family. Please scale accordingly if you are just making for yourself.

This video is mostly in Lao language. I will add English subtitles later. :)


Ingredients:
3 cans of coconut milk.
3 jars of bean curd in brine.
1 jar (2.8 pounds) of creamy peanut butter
2 cups of sugar
1 tbsp MSG
1 bag of dried shrimp
